Merger Proposal

I suggest placing a redirect on the Community Aid Abroad to Oxfam Australia. CAA are the same organisation; CAA was renamed to become Oxfam Australia. Thus it is more fitting to talk about CAA as part of the history of OA rather than for CAA to have a separate page. I have already moved the text from the CAA article into the OA article under the history section.
