Lists
[edit]This is a very comprehensive article with excellent sources! Nice work.
Something that does need to be worked on a little, is the style of writing: it is too concise and list-like. You need less lists and more prose, per WP:EMBED. Good luck with it!--Farang Rak Tham (Talk) 09:06, 16 February 2019 (UTC)
- No response yet. I am pinging the GA nominator.--Farang Rak Tham (Talk) 22:44, 4 March 2019 (UTC)
An outline not an article
[edit]With all the sources cited, there must be something more to say within each section. For me, it is not ready for a GA review and the lack of activity indicates others agree.--WriterArtistDC (talk) 02:56, 11 June 2019 (UTC)
- I understand now, the nominator and effective author (adding most of the content) was a student editor in an undergrad psych class at UCLA in Fall 2018. Its a nice literature review of the topic.--WriterArtistDC (talk) 03:05, 11 June 2019 (UTC)

Hello, I have had a brief look at the page, and have started a review, forgive me for this is my first one. I have made some notes, feel free to discuss if need be:
- 1. The opening doesn't quite define the topic, and I think needs to be worked so as to explain it is a 'feeling' that humans have. I think it is written in a way that presupposes a few assumptions, and while on topic, is to in 'in topic' for wikipedians.
- 2. Without a proper definition in the lead, it's hard to figure out if the page is being broad in it's topic, but assuming it is about human ownership, you'd think the article might have a section about the evolution of it? A history of when homo sapiens (and or their predecessors) may have understood 'ownership'
- 3. There doesn't seem to be much in the way of theory and debate about the topic from those in the field, and to me doesn't seem neutral. Is this ownership as defined by what school of thought? Do others disagree? etc..
- 4. A illustration or two would be nice. Perhaps a chart of the possessive forms in English 'My, Your, His, Hers, Theirs' or a cartoon of a selfish child declaring 'Mine!'?
- That's all for now. BlackfullaLinguist (talk) 12:52, 31 July 2019 (UTC)
- I have put the review on hold, users have 7 days to make the suggested edits or I will close the review. BlackfullaLinguist (talk) 12:43, 1 August 2019 (UTC)
