wrong sign?

[edit]

In the fifth line of the properties (the one for a>0):

Could it be that there should be a minus instead of a plus sign in front of the last term $\phi(h) \phi(ah)$ ? I recently had to use this property and therefore checked it using Mathematica 8. I couldn't confirm it. I recognized that changing this sign does the job!

Just for avoiding the question: The definition of the OwenT you find in the mathematcia help pages is consistent with the one on this Wiki.

Please check carefully (also the related a<=0 property might be affected).

Thanks
