I'm not wedded to one name or the other (or a third, neutral name which doesn't give rise to a British vs. American conflict). However, we do not need two different articles about different names for the same thing. Bearcat (talk) 05:03, 27 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It seems to me that outtakes and bloopers are not quite the same thing; although most bloopers are outtakes, not all outtakes are bloopers. A blooper suggests a mistake or inappropriate content in the removed material, whereas an outtake may simply be an alternative take or camera angle, material removed for timing or pacing reasons or any other material not used, even though it may be perfectly executed. My suggestion is that the parenthetical "also known as..." be removed and that the blooper article should remain linked as a "See also". GC248 (talk) 13:21, 28 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Outtakes and bloopers are not the same thing. Read the first sentence of each article to learn the difference. No merge.Dave (talk) 01:27, 1 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Outtake. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
