It appears Sterling coined it in 1967, probably inspired by "Outer Cape", though it's described geologically way before then.--Pharos (talk) 15:43, 27 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Staten Island is named in the article but not colored green in the map
Hi! I noticed Staten Island is named in the article as among the Outer Lands, but not colored green in the map. How can we resolve this inconsistency? Is Staten Island usually considered to be among the Outer Lands?
