The article clearly states: "Travellers do not encounter any further land masses between Out Stack and the North Pole if heading directly north." Out Stack is part of a land mass, but my education left me with the impression that there is no land mass to the north pole, thus the line north from Out Stack would take you past Wrangel Island and reach landfall in Eastern Siberia.
