Hi, thanks for contributing. The tags says "may not be" not that he is not notable. Wikipedia:Notability (people) requires sources in independant 3rd party sources. Not being an expert on these issues, I would prefer to see more references. Azzam Azzam has 4 refs, 2 of them from news sources, one of them the BBC, so no doubt in my mind. One of the problems are that the other references I found are in Hebrew. The Jpost article seems to be the only one in English. Wikipedia's importance is also in bridging the language gap - bringing entries to the knowledge of English speakers even if they are unreported by English sources. I added the main Hebrew reference.
