There is a reference to Otto Lellep on a German Wikipedia page in which it mentions that Lellep won the Lueg Medal:

Optimally, the link in this draft which discusses the Lueg Medal should link to the above page. Instead, it links to the English version of the above page which doesn't include any references to the Lueg Medal: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stahlinstitut_VDEh.
