Otto IV?

Why is he called Otto IV? Was there other Ottos before him?--Queen Elizabeth II's Little Spy (talk) 22:39, 31 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This has him as Otto I - List_of_rulers_of_Austria. Perhaps the IV needs changing, but I don't know enough. Also, why was he called Merry? Kisch (talk) 23:36, 24 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
