Portion in each county
[edit]Users Kaleb988 and 76.214.139.213 (perhaps the same user) continue to edit a piece of information about Otterbein in these articles:
- Bolivar Township, Benton County, Indiana
- Benton County, Indiana
- Shelby Township, Tippecanoe County, Indiana
- Tippecanoe County, Indiana
The claim is that Otterbein is 3/4 in Benton and 1/4 in Tippecanoe. However, this map from the U. S. Census clearly shows that it is about half-and-half. While it seems to be true that more than half of the actual streets are in Benton, nevertheless the area defined by the city limits is about equally divided between the two counties.
