Creation notes

This stub was created by a copy-paste from the Beaver article, as from what I know these were sister ships and the otter was a duplicate of the Beaver; so the engine stats and displacement have been left the same,; ready to be corrected of course. I'm not sure if theOtter saw service on he Columbia , but left those templates/cats anyway, although I'm pretty sure it was around Puget Sound, also Alaska. If on the Columbia, and in Alaska, the Alaska and Oregon history cats should be added, and the OR and AK templates here on the talkpage.Skookum1 (talk) 20:40, 24 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
