Mideast conflict

[edit]

It would be a good idea if we could gather information on the Toronto Star's editorial policies on the Mideast conflict, which is a controversial topic in contemporary journalism. ADM (talk) 09:36, 15 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Anonymous readers' comments on articles

[edit]

The citizen has finally figured out that allowing readers to publicly comment on stories without requiring a long registration process provides the paper with a lot more feedback. They are now following in the footsteps of the Ottawa Business Journal which pioneered this philosophy many years ago. They are still ahead of the G&M and the Sun papers in this respect...

I do believe this desreves mention in the Wikipedia article, however since this is original research on my part (until someone writes about it), it cannot be included, sigh... Ottawahitech (talk) 22:23, 26 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Political position

[edit]

The infobox states that the paper is "Centre-left". I see a contradiction with the article which states that the Citizen endorsed the Conservatives in 2006. I placed a citation-needed tag so if anyone can find references to back the "center-left" claim or to fix it would be great. - CETTALK 01:24, 18 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
