Administrative districts and population

This article does not mention how the island relates to the administrative districts of Otoque Oriente and Otoque Occidental - I guess they are the same as the Otoque East and West mentioned.

But this article says the island's population was 130 in 2000, but the other articles say that the districts' populations were 199 and 295 - so 494 in total. -- Beardo (talk) 01:40, 5 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
