Picture
[edit]Surely there must be a better picture available than the one shown, for a start the subject is cradling his rifle ontop of his body armour which is, afterall, the focus of interest. Secondly, it shows a RAF Reg Gunner and nobody likes to see those useless REMFs getting their faces into Wiki pages and trying to exaggerate their worth. Unless someone objects I'll remove it, oh sod it, it's gone.
See I'm retracting what I said because the article has been changed to a better state since I last read it a week or so ago. Websters.
Sources? References? Citations?
[edit]Is this article sourced from any reliable media at all? Or is just the personal view of some jumped up RAF Reg gunner who wore it whilst remfing it up outside the EFI in Basrah Air Station? I mean, not even one citation.
Article marked for deletion, Wikipedia isn't the place for you to post your thoughts on kit you've been issued despite not needing it. (Sapperhutch (talk) 03:05, 1 August 2008 (UTC))

[edit]The HOSDB is stupidly hard to get shit out of, and we have pretty small amount of information on this thing. We do know from a 2007 public table that their best is a L40A1 7.62 NATO... On paper. Just as the ESAPI is two hits versus 30.06 M2AP, the Osprey could be exceeding the RF2 standard. SkynetPR (talk) 02:39, 22 December 2019 (UTC)
