Is Osama al-Juwali aka Hajj Usama?

Or do I have a different "Zintan commander" in mind? It's just a little bit confusing since the latter seemed to be well represented during the actual battles in the mountains (see [1]), but this former name I had not heard until Seif al Islam was captured.
