[edit]Just added old 1915 postcard image but can't get the caption to appear. I am doing everything I usually do, so can't figure out problem. Can anyone fix? Thanks Tony Corsini 12:36, 18 March 2007 (UTC)

Buffers
[edit]This article would really benefit from the (almost) unique central buffers showing the gap between the Merseyrail and Preston-bound services.
Preferably taken with two trains in the platform (although I don't know how often that happens per day). —Sladen (talk) 14:33, 10 May 2009 (UTC)
- I reverted the changes made to this image as they were quite substantial and better suited to a fresh upload. That said I have been able to get a picture of the station with two trains at the platforms (only just - the Preston train pulled away seconds later!) which I have now added to the infobox. Regards.
