Fundamental issue with this page...

Most of the rows/entries in the "Definitions for various organs" table relate to distension, dilation/dilatation or wall thickening of anatomical structures, and don't actually refer to true organomegaly. Most cases of organomegaly cite an organ and then suffix with -megaly, such as cardiomegaly, hepatomegaly, splenomegaly, etc. There's a lot of useful, referenced info. in the article, but it ought to be transposed elsewhere. Also, 'gallbladder hydrops' (aka mucocoele/mucocele) is a pathology/condition of the gallbladder, not an example of organomegaly. The term organomegaly / visceromegaly should probably be restricted to hypertrophy and or hyperplasia of pieces of anatomy that can accurately be referred to as organs. — Preceding unsigned comment added by RadHarry (talkcontribs) 18:59, 2 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
