Who says size doesn't matter?

So, I read the just added cite, and am admittedly ignorant on what constitutes "size" for pipe organs. However, it seems to me that the ATOS page talks about a 52 rank organ, and this one is 77 ranks. I don't see any specfic cite for the number of pipes...so how is it larger?
