Changes needed in exit list per GNIS
[edit]- Chehalem Valley is not a populated place (Chehalem Valley, Oregon), it is a valley

Former alignments
[edit]99W still continues across the Steel Bridge, up Interstate Avenue and rejoins 99E on I5 just south of the Interstate Bridge, where it's 99/5 north to the state line. These route numbers still appear on maintenance of way markings that are currently maintained, though trailblazers are missing north of downtown for 99W and the unified 99 north of MLK. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.103.251.5 (talk) 15:23, 14 June 2012 (UTC)
