[edit]I have Business Law and the Regulatory Environment: Concepts and Cases on inter-library loan for 2 weeks. If this is an OK reference, please confirm by letting me know. I don't think it covers everything that should be in this article, but it seems to address the basics of business contract negotiation and law in the USA. I don't have info on other countries, but I'm adding what I can for the USA. All cited help on this article is GREATLY appreciated. -- • • • Blue Pixel 00:23, 18 July 2007 (UTC)
Order (business) vs order (in Amazon)
[edit]I am confused about this definition of an order (that imply/mention a bilateral agreement between 1 buyer and 1 seller) that does not seem to align with the practices of -say- Amazon, for which an order can contain purchases made by multiple marketplace sellers. So order = 1 buyer + N sellers. Anyone got insights about this discrepancy?
