Birding image
[edit]See User:EvanS/Photos, who uploaded the image. Its caption is Birding in Indian Rover County. clariosophic (talk) 23:07, 20 November 2007 (UTC) Located in the Idian River off the northwest coast of Orchid Island is the Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge. While access is limited, birders do watch from nearby either on the water or on Orchid Island. clariosophic (talk) 23:19, 20 November 2007 (UTC)

Merge Orchid Island (Florida) and North Hutchinson Island
[edit]The two articles are about one island. While it seems to me that "North Hutchinson Island" is used somewhat more than "Orchid Island" (references to the Orchid Island Golf and Beach Club confuses things), I do not feel confident enough to make the decision on the merged name on my own. - Donald Albury 02:34, 25 January 2021 (UTC)
- Crickets. Barring any last minute objections, I will proceed with the merger. - Donald Albury 16:47, 16 May 2021 (UTC)
