I don't get where you are coming from, in this view. This is clearly a disambiguation page, serving readers who might look for any one specific Orange County Courthouse. As such, in a minimal way, it is a list of places of that name. But there is no need in wikipedia for a list-article on places named Orange County Courthouse. Perhaps you could want to create a list-article of courthouses in the U.S. that are listed on the NRHP, or you could create a list of courthouses in California or any other state. But there is no need for a list of orange county courthouses, which are really unrelated.

Also, FYI, it is non-encyclopedic, or wikipedia-self-referencing, for this article's text itself to proclaim that the article is both a list and a disambiguation. So, I think the last edit was not an improvmenet over the prior version. doncram (talk) 12:12, 21 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
