Should this perhaps be headed 'oral wills' which would be more international, more recognisable to the layman and redirects could still be set up from the various terms for such wills in other countries, i.e. nuncupative wills in the US, privileged wills and donatio mortis causa in other countries? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dooley (talk • contribs) 01:49, 16 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
