verbal contract is expressed in spoken words oral contract is an implied contract expressed in spoken words written contract is expressed in written words

An oral contract is not an implied contract (an implied contract is an implied contract - 'implied' has its normal meaning in this context) oral contract and written contract are both verbal contracts 92.237.13.56 (talk) 16:55, 26 February 2016 (UTC)
