Orašje, Bosnia → Orašje – The town/municipality is clearly the primary topic, as confirmed by Google and Google Book search results. The namesake villages together have 5 times less inhabitants. - Can you explain how it's not, please? Tools used to determine the primary topic include usage in English language sources (and I haven't been able to scroll down enough to find any other Orašje in these Google Book search results), incoming links from Wikipedia (compare the town Orašje with Orašje (Požarevac), Orašje (Varvarin), Orašje (Vlasotince), and Orašje (Jegunovce)), and page view statistics (and again, the numbers speak for themselves).
