Table Needs Fixed
[edit]I am insufficiently experienced with Wikipedia table formatting to fix it myself, but the current table is a bit wonky. There are some extra boxes on the right side. Also, there are only 8 episodes, not 10 as shown. And it currently looks like Marlene and Angelo were eliminated at the same time, when Marlene was eliminate in Week 1 and Angelo went in Week 2. Ideally, we should have a table with a stepped triangular shape, like most of the reality shows do, where the bottom right half of the table is greyed out (after the contestant in that row is eliminated). And we need two colors, bright or deep red for the eliminated contestant, and something like yellow, orange, or pink for the other contestant or contestants who are considered at risk (required to open their envelopes at the end). In Week 1, Carlana was ranked low along with the eliminated Marlene. In Week 2, there were 3 contestants who opened their envelopes all at once at the end, and Eric was one of them along with the eliminated Angelo, but I'm not sure who the other one was; I think it was either Brandi or Kim. --DavidK93 (talk) 13:39, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
- I have fixed the table to show that Angelo was eliminated on Week 2 and have removed all of the extra boxes on the right of the table. I did not, however, add the "At Risk" part because for all we know that's just done for dramatic purposes and not because one of them was actually at risk. Though I do agree that we need something in the boxes (such as the amount given?) I don't think it's concrete enough to put who was at risk because it's basically someone's opinion. - zachinthebox (User • Talk) 15:04, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
- It's true that they may not have explicitly stated that the other people left for the end were scored low, although it did seem to be people who had received some criticism from the judges. Let's wait and see if they state anything more concrete about that in future weeks. It would be hard to put the amount given in the boxes, since we don't get details information on all of the contestants' projects, and some do not involve a monetary or concretely valued gift, such as Rachel's day of pampering for the HIV-positive women. Thanks for tweaking the table; there are still some issues with it. The chart still has 10 columns instead of 8 (The series has been announced with 8 episodes.), and preferably the entire right-bottom half of the chart should be greyed out, with "eliminated" appearing in that contestant's box for the week in which he or she was eliminated. --DavidK93 (talk) 16:29, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
- I removed the last two weeks, so now it only goes up to Week 8. I also added in At Risk players just so that we have something else in the table. If anyone has a better idea, please share it here. - zachinthebox (User • Talk) 16:38, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks to the content you added to the table, I was able to make some other changes to the format. --DavidK93 (talk) 17:22, 10 March 2008 (UTC)

Positive Responses
[edit]The "Response" section, which I retitled from "Criticism," still reads mostly as criticism, because I could only find one positive response, and that's tenuous at best. If you see a positive response to the show, please add it. --DavidK93 (talk) 14:02, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
Call-out-order
[edit]In week 4, kym and eric were sent home, with rachael at risk. can someone update it? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.157.185.231 (talk) 15:32, 24 March 2008 (UTC)
Week 1
[edit]Can someone add the pairings to the chart on Week 1? I would, but a) I wanted to check first, and b) I suck at tables.Spider1224 (talk) 21:56, 30 March 2008 (UTC)
- I wanted to,
but I don't know what they areFound the pairings and added them in. All I can remember is Eric and Stephen. If someone could list them here, I can put them in. - zachinthebox (Talk) 21:59, 30 March 2008 (UTC)
Hypocritical?
[edit]The show seems to very hypocritical as Angelo is accusued of giving the car to the man who organized the events rather than someone who needs it. He is voted off for this and Oprah later criticizes him for doing this. Yet, Oprah plans to give 1 million to the winner rather than the people who are in need of it. So, what do you think? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.205.90.226 (talk) 01:11, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
