A renovation project in the 1100 block of Chestnut Street in Center City Philadelphia is demolishing most of the buildings in between the corner properties on the south side of the block save one near its west end. That building has been identified in several places as "the former Oppenheim (or Oppenheimer), Collins & Co. department store." It appears that this six-story building dating to the early 20th century (not sure of its exact construction date) may well be a branch of that New York retailer. If so, and if its original tenant was Oppenheim Collins, then this would have been both one of the company's earliest branches and its first outside New York State.
This article from Hidden City refers to Oppenheim, Collins opening a store in the Zane Building in the 1200 block of Chestnut in 1910, then moving to a building it built in the next block east after a fire in 1919 heavily damaged the Zane Building.
Perhaps there were other branches as well not included in this article?
