Table font size

After making a few edits today, the main table font size seems to have shrunk to match the detailed table. I don't know what I did - I tried reverting my most recent changes but it didn't make any difference. Personally I find the original, larger, font size to be easier on the eye - if anyone can change it back please do so. Also I think the "dates conducted" column on the England table could do with being wider, to accommodate the date including year, but I'm not sure how.Saxmund (talk) 21:20, 1 January 2015 (UTC)

Notes & references

I think References 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 should in fact be Notes rather than References, as they are explanatory comments rather than strictly citations supporting the article text. However I can't work out what the syntax is to use a note multiple times (see Ref 12 for example). Does anyone agree with me? Saxmund (talk) 11:14, 4 January 2015 (UTC)

Agree (and I put many/all of them there myself). Lets hope someone can help! DrArsenal (talk) 23:05, 5 January 2015 (UTC)
