Jehol is the outdated postal romanization of what is properly known as "Rehe Province". Moreover, "Operation Rehe" is not the name for this engagement. The "Defense of the Great Wall" refers to the entire engagement caused by the Japanese Operation Nekka, of which the second part is specifically referred to as the "Battle of Rehe". It's unclear to me, given the dubious sources listed by the article, whether the order of battle it gives refers specifically to the situation preceding the Battle of Rehe or before the start of the first part of Operation Nekka. Until I (or another editor) can help clear up the situation with some better-quality sources, I'm going to leave this article as "Operation Nekka order of battle". Using the name of the operation, rather than the engagement, follows the convention used for other order of battles.
