Punctuation used in the title

[edit]

Is there any agreement on what's the "correct" punctuation of the Episode's title? I've seen at least three variants in Paramount-published materials. -- 92.229.133.237 (talk) 01:46, 18 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I checked on startrek.com, it appears as per the article title. If you can cite those other spellings, please let us know, we might add a footnote to the article. Alastairward (talk) 11:28, 18 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
The other two appear in the ST:TOS boxed set. The DVD itself says "Operation Annihilate!" (simply a space); the booklet has "Operation-Annihilate!" (hyphen or dash, hard to tell; no space). -- 92.230.20.19 (talk) 15:06, 18 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Well, technically it should be as written in the episode opening credits, but it's different even there... "OPERATION -- ANNIHILATE!" with two dashes (this link has a screen shot of the opening credits). I don't really think it's a big deal as to how it's written as long as readers can find the episode in a search with not too much difficulty. Cyberia23 (talk) 21:51, 18 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

How does this convert to something more imaginable - x watt bulb from x distance, etc. 68.148.93.15 (talk) 20:22, 18 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
