Owha , women's hockey
[edit]I was just browsing the internet about women's hockey. I am very surprised in confidence there would be no mention of . An example would be of my sister signing the first ever owha women's card in Canada.. She represented Ontario in multiple provincial events and was a volunteer along with myself in the scgha, for multiple years.. Invitation to multiple Canada team tryouts and played on mississauga A beside multiple original team players from Judy Langdon I could go on for awhile The Davis family is well respected in the early stages of women's hockey . Jim Davis commissioned and looked out for the best Indian equal rights..
In the owha . The family was well respected and just wanted to state it

Notable Alumni section
[edit]Should we keep the Notable Alumni section? I feel like a huge number of Canadian PWHL players have been through the OWHL so the list would grow out of control if maintained, and its current size and niche make it prone to vandalism. I already deleted a similar list of notable teammates from Alex Carpenter as it was full of players with no links, references, or explanations of their notability.
Using the Ontario Hockey League as a point of comparison, there is no equivalent section, nor is there a list article or category that accomplishes the same goal. These are usually reserved for individual teams (see Peterborough Petes#NHL alumni and Category:Peterborough Petes (ice hockey) players). I know the OWHL is not technically a junior league nor is it a true whockey equivalent to major juniors, but it brands itself as such and it is the closest thing there is so I would like to treat it that way.
