Coverage in academia

Most papers like http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1470475/ focus on the US prohibition. How many address the Canadian aspect? --174.92.135.167 (talk) 06:35, 23 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Other plebiscites
