I'm looking to find out how to help a friend get his grade 12 diploma. He currently as 28 credits. He is missing 2 electives and community service hours. What can be done to help him graduate?
Pen
He should look into a Private High Schools which are licensed by the Ministry of Education. Tuition for 2 courses should be about $2000.

Former Secondary School Graduation Diploma are no longer offered!
[edit]Ontario High Schools are no longer offer SSGD and SSHGD anymore effective immediately. ONLY OSSD OSIS and OSSD OSS will be offered. Anyone who started high school before September 1984, did not graduate with SSGD or SSHGD, did not take Core French course and did not receive French knowledge from elementary school would be banned from study in high school forever as they cannot attend elementary school once they turned 21 years of age. They will automatically be declared "Defective". However, this ban will NOT prevent them from apply for GED testing at ilc.org, pass this test and graduate with GED certificate. They will NOT be prevented from attending colleges or universities, though depend their skills, they may have to take academic upgrading preparatory courses at colleges and universities. However, they must be least 19 years old and not attending the school for two years or they must be least 21 years old.
Anyone who possess SSGD or SSHGD instead of OSSD will be treated as possess GED for college and university admission purposes because of aging since last study. They may have to undergo academic upgrading preparatory courses.
I failed to complete elementary school as I completed only Grade 3 and did not take any FSL courses at elementary school. ALL courses in Grade 4 to 12 were AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED because my marks for Grade 4 to 6 were DOCTORED and Grade 9 to 12 were ASSUMED DOCTORED! I withdrew ALL remaining Grade 1 to 3 courses voluntary and formally on Wednesday, November 26, 2008. I cannot attend elementary school because I am 49 years old which is far above 21 years of age limit for elementary school admission! Since high school program offer only OSSD (No SSGD anymore), this requires 600 hours of FSL instruction from elementary school so therefore, I am unable to attend adult high school and CANNOT graduate from high school forever. Fortunately, I was able to attend the university and successfully completed the university and graduated with PhD degree in Computer Science by Minister of Education, Kathleen Wynne on Wednesday, November 26, 2008!
I have PhD degree in Computer Science WITHOUT high school diploma!
