Use of 2020 Annual Report

I noticed that the One Acre Fund 2020 Annual Report is cited multiple times in this article. However, it's data that the One Acre Fund provides about itself! I think that's a violation of Wikipedia's Wikipedia:Primary sources policy. But I don't know if there's any good secondary sources to replace this with.
