Are we kidding with this article? The main entry for this article ought to be for the Jazz standard as played by Miles Davis, Chet Baker and others before this unknown and minor novelist gets his mention for the reference.

I have to agree with Demonkey. The song is more important than just a mention at the top of a novel article. I strongly suggest a disambiguation page, and having that or the song article listed as the main article. I will see if I can find enough information on the song to start its own article.
