Real estate

[edit]

It appears that the real estate of the company in Pittsburgh was spun off into Oliver Tyrone Corporation which later became a large real estate and landlord concern; By the 1970s the company split and one division, the Oliver Tyrone Pulver company, developed the office park complex at Conshohoken, PA.

When citations become available I will fill in these details. I have insurance policies for the company's captive railroad which show that after all major business lines served from the Pittsburgh facilities were sold, the railroad's insurance policy started being issued for Oliver Tyrone rather than OI&S, lending credence to this.
