I agree with deletion. It is written in broken English, so it would need another hand urgently if it remained. The information on Tomkins is indeed sparse. Hardly any attempt has been made to integrate it with other pages.Bmcln1 (talk) 21:17, 29 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
