I'm a new editor and uncomfortable deleting other people's work, but much of this article is dangerously vague and obsolete. The "prognosis" section in particular is problematic, given the tremendous progress that has been made in molecular pathology. (See the "Principles of Brain Tumor Pathology" section of the NCCN Guidelines for details)
Given that the term is now obsolete, perhaps the rest of the article should be deleted? All anyone who has been given this diagnosis needs to know is that their diagnosis is incomplete.
