[edit]This article has been redirected (for a second time) to 2-Nonenal. The 2-Nonenal already covers the subject, and the references used in this article, including Urban Dictionary and Ask MetaFilter, do not meet WP:RS requirements. Please talk about the subject here before reverting the redirect. Thank you. Warrah (talk) 13:46, 31 December 2009 (UTC)
The concept of "old man smell" warrants its own page. The information in this article (so far) was drawn largely from the 2-Nonenal article, which is why that article seems to cover the concept. However, the 2-Nonenal article only deals with a single, narrow aspect of the concept and I intended to expand upon this, adding more information, better quality references, etc. hoping that others would join me, in the spirit of Wikipedia. Thank you. Jankles (talk) 15:21, 31 December 2009 (UTC)
I have updated the page with quality references based on WP:RS policy, and added additional information regarding recent research. I am open to suggestion and happy to respond and action any feedback as I am keen to develop my contributions to Wikipedia but recognise I have much to learn. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jankles (talk • contribs) 01:34, 11 September 2014 (UTC)
"Article" appears to be very low on substance. Agree that it is best incorporated into the 2-Nonenal article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.20.8.226 (talk • contribs) 01:52, 17 January 2015
