Two versions of the song have been officially released

[edit]

Lets just get this sorted. The version of "Old Age" that is included on the Nirvana box set (With the Lights Out) in 2004, is NOT the boom-box recording. It is a proper studio recording. There is a boom-box version which is different and was released on the 20th Anniversary Deluxe edition of the Nevermind album in 2011.mjgm84 (talk) 11:58, 13 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I clear see that Courtney is going out of the way to brag of her role in his death. I am a commissary nut.

[edit]
The lyrics of " old one" is the only place you can see how different the lyric were between Kurtz version And Courtney on unplugged.
She changed the most explosive verse in 1997 from 1993. Before and after Kurtz death. "It okay to kill your rival, just pretend you have no rifles"
    hello.

And originally she said it was written by her and someone unimportant added some. She then fought to make sure Kurtz music was not released . Chris and Dave of nirvana finally won in court and release " with the lights out." This proves it is kurt who aS the unimportant person , also demonstrating how perversely the lyrics were changed. Patti schemes in" hit so hard" , was shocked during the record I g of unplugged, when Courtney started saying old age and calling it her ow. .Patti was on drums when Kurt and Courtney jammed back and forth with news lyrics. If this doesn't make you think, listen to Pacific coast highway. Which is the road you would travel if leaving from the crime scene if you were head to Malibu were she claimed to over dose.

I never believed it until I watched the movie by Tom Grant.

Watch that then tell me if you are not 99percent sure. I always defended her, saying Kurt loved her so this is disrespectful to him. 3dempty (talk) 12:48, 30 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
