[edit]The "New Acropolis Museum" is the same institution like the "Acropolis Museum", so why we have two sites. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.70.213.59 (talk) 18:38, 9 June 2009 (UTC)
The Old Museum has its own article because it has a history of its own as a building, and as a place known to people around the world. It is enlightening in that it explains the situation, without claiming to be a different institution fron the New Museum. I just added category "Defunct Museums" referring to the museum-building, the landmark, so to say. Hoverfish Talk 17:22, 30 November 2009 (UTC)
- I can't possibly source this, but there is talk about reviving the Old Museum in some form. Just a note for future attention. Hoverfish Talk 21:02, 6 December 2009 (UTC)
