I don't think so ... or at least I can't find any evidence suggesting this inspiration. However, a character in the Dancer in the Dark was named Oldrich Novy, see Dancer_in_the_Dark#Cast. --Vejvančický (talk | contribs) 11:38, 15 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
