Structural formula incorrect
[edit]I checked the CAS # and entry for the substance; the structural formula shown here doesn't correspond to the actual substance (neither by name, nor by summary formula; it has a carbon less in the long alifatic chain, than the Oraflur has(heptadecyl instead of octadecyl)); I will upload the correct structural formula and substitute it for this one.--84.163.106.245 (talk) 17:23, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
- You should better have use your head and/or some literature/patent search, then contacted Chemical Abstracts Service – octacedyl is correct, and CAS is not perfect. —Mykhal (talk) 12:52, 8 October 2018 (UTC)
