2019-2020 Updates

Hello - edits will be planned for 2020 due to noteworthy actions in the state related to the Pardon and Parole Board:
House Bill 1269 - A 2019 bill which allowed the Pardon and Parole Board to review low-level drug offenses.
Resulting work by Pardon and Parole Board to in November 2019 to release 527 inmates in a single day.
