made a correction of the OKC Streetcar line length vs. track length. Per OKC.gov (https://www.okc.gov/government/maps-3/projects/modern-streetcar-transit), the system will be 6.9 miles long via two lines (line length) using 4.6 miles of rail (track length).
Desperately needs "Criticism" section
