Name

[edit]

Town is obscure enough to safely consider no English language version of the name exists. As such it should be movet to a Ukrainian name (Охтирка). My question is, should it be Ohtyrka or Okhtyrka. Please respond here and/or move yourself only if you are absolutely sure which of the two is more appropriate. Thanks, --Irpen 21:04, 12 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Okhtyrka would be according to the usual transliteration. I'll do a quick search for other information, then do the move. Michael Z. 2005-10-12 23:08 Z
@Mzajac: Just pointing out this article uses the spelling "Akhtyrka" a lot, which is confusing. Would you mind c/e-ing this? --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 14:40, 18 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
