Otverzhdyonny
[edit]Do we have any reliable source on Otverzhdyonny having actually existed in any way? The Russian Wikipedia version of this article doesn't mention any ship by that name, and even the Cyrillic name (Отверждённый) seems to be made up, with the stated translation corresponding to a similar yet different word - отверженный - which unfortunately isn't present anywhere as the name of any Soviet warship, thus ruling out the possibility that we're dealing with a case of misspelling. - Don't know if this is a reliable source: In http://oceania.pbworks.com/w/page/8469836/Russian%20Destroyers Otverzhdyonnyi (Отверждённый) as some other of the class was cancelled. See also following the link into http://oceania.pbworks.com/w/page/8469376/RUS%20Otverzhdyonnyi-1940 (Polish?) being written as OTWIERŻDIONNYJ Отверждённый (../..40/-; bud. wstrz. 19.7.41; §§) --JuergenKlueser (talk) 05:59, 7 July 2021 (UTC)
