He penciled and inked the feature "The Cloak" in at least Big Shot Comics #25, per GCD: http://www.comics.org/issue/2257/#642718

Is the GCD known to be 100% correct? I don't think that their standards are as strict as those of Wikipedia. I know Big Shot pretty well; I must have at least 70 of the issues, from the first issue to the last, including the ones noted above. Should I post scans showing that Whitney did not draw the Face and the The Cloak(Formerly "Spychief")in those issues? Back up features in the solo Skyman books were also not drawn by Whitney, just as the Skyman back up feature in Sparky Watts and the Face/Tony Trent was not drawn by the main artists of those books. I also have issue #67 that has a cover blurb welcoming back Whitney to the Skyman feature after his service in the war. I can dig that out too and scan it. I have a scan of the little blurb, but I don't know if that meets the criteria for Wikipedia. Please let me know what I can do to make the changes comply with Wikipedia's standards.
