Why is it not mentioned that it was built beside the now demolished Cabrini-Green projects

I am quite unsure if it has anything to do with the aforementioned housing projects, but I have come across old satellite images of the area and it seems to be built on the land from 1938 to 1988, according to historicaerials.com.
