references for its demise

I can see that this chart doesn't exist any more (the number one archive on OCC ends in Nov 2013) but I can't find any good references for what happened to it. All the OCC seem to want to admit to is the streaming chart which started in 2012. I'm not clear how this was different, how the two ran alongside each other and how this one disappeared.
